Leaders such as Laura Chalmers, Head of Customer Experience at the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, The Largest Animal Welfare Charity in the UK (RSPCA), and Neil Greenwood, Head of Service Ownership and Strategy at NHS Blood and Transplant, have actively contributed to this initiative, applying CX principles to improve accessibility and empathy in essential services.
