CXWG Students brings university students into the Customer Experience World Games through a practical, team-based learning experience focused on real social impact. Created for students interested in customer experience, innovation, and problem-solving, the programme connects young people from different backgrounds and locations to work on live challenges set by charities and NGOs.

Participants join diverse teams, collaborate with peers, and learn from experienced CX professionals who help guide the process. Over the course of the Games, students apply ideas in practice, build confidence, and contribute to work that is designed to be useful and implementable for the organisations involved.

Each edition is built to give students meaningful exposure to real-world collaboration while helping charities access fresh thinking, practical recommendations, and actionable deliverables. Participation is free, and future editions will continue to create opportunities for students to learn, contribute, and grow as part of the wider CXWG community.
